Refund & Cancellation Policy

The promise
If your order is wrong, late beyond reason, or simply not right — we'll remake it on the spot or refund it. Your choice. No forms, no fights.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel free of charge any time before preparation starts — tell the counter or use the order status screen. Once the bar or kitchen has started your items, we can't cancel them (they're being made fresh for you), but we can still adjust anything not yet started.
How refunds are paid
UPI payments — refunded to the same UPI account, typically within 2 business days, at most 5–7 depending on your bank.
Cash / card at counter — refunded immediately at the counter.
Instant option — if you prefer, we can credit the refund as Orbéan Beans immediately, worth the full amount, usable on your next order.
Delivery orders
If a delivery arrives damaged or wrong, send a photo within 2 hours to WhatsApp or orbeanofficial@gmail.com and we'll refund or redeliver. Orders placed through Swiggy/Zomato follow the aggregator's refund flow — raise it in their app and we'll support the claim from our side.
Raising an issue
At the counter, on WhatsApp, by phone +91 76708 28417, or email orbeanofficial@gmail.com. We respond within 24 hours; refunds are decided by the manager on duty, on the spot wherever possible.
